Project Overview
A full apartment renovation in Dubai Marina, involving a complete strip-out and rebuild, including pipe repairs and preventative measures to address water damage.
The project also included custom kitchen and bathroom solutions, along with architectural arches in the hallway to soften the space, carefully managed from start to finish and delivered within a tight timeframe.
Project Details
Working in a live commercial environment brought its own constraints — access windows, noise limitations, and coordination with building management. Every contractor on site was briefed, scheduled, and held accountable to the program. Quality was assessed at every stage, with zero compromise on the finishes the client specified from the outset.
